The Library, the methodology and every published paper are free and stay free. They are not part of any tier and never will be.
The Tool gives 1 analysis a day without an account and 3 a day signed in. The Custodian gives 3 searches a day, signed in or not.
Tier 1 — the Tool
Unmetered analyses in the Provenance Intelligence Tool. The Custodian is not included — a Tier 1 subscriber has the same Custodian allowance as a free visitor, which is three searches a day.
Signing in comes first — access is attached to an email address. It is free and takes one email.
Tier 2 — the Custodian
Unmetered searches with the Custodian. The Tool is not included beyond the free allowance.

Tier 3 — full access
Unmetered on both. The Tool and the Custodian, without a daily count.

What you are agreeing to
A day pass is a single payment for twenty-four hours. It does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and no card is kept on file for it.
A monthly or yearly plan renews until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time and keep the access you have already paid for until the period ends.
Payment is handled by Stripe; no card details reach this site. Access is attached to your email address, so you need to be signed in to buy it.
What a tier does not change
Nothing is ever gated behind a tier. The Custodian answers the same way whoever is asking, credits the same sources, and says the same thing about what it does not know. A tier buys how often you can ask, not a different answer — and Charlotte's own work is quoted separately on the consultation page.
